They are temporary building maintenance units which are generally used in exterior cladding and maintenance operations. These systems consist of a platform, lifting mechanisms(automatic hoist mechanizm) and suspension legs to which the ropes are fastened on the terrace. Upward movement is provided by an electric motor. There is a block stop as a safety mechanism in the cradle. This mechanism works to break the cradle rope and disrupt the balance of the cradle.
